The Main Library successfully conducted a series of Library Awareness Sessions for final-year undergraduate students of the Department of Information Systems on March 9, 16, and 23, 2026. These sessions were carefully designed to enhance students’ research capabilities and academic skills through comprehensive guidance on library resources, practical training on reference management tools such as Mendeley, and essential academic writing techniques in research.
The sessions were conducted by Librarian Mrs. Asoka Siriwardana, Assistant Librarian Mrs. Hansamali Wickramasooriya, and Assistant Librarian Ms. Kaushalya Wijerathne, whose expertise and guidance ensured an engaging and valuable learning experience for the students.
