A workshop was conducted to enhance the use of counter service PCs in University libraries, aiming to provide more efficient counter service. The Library Information Assistants from each branch library, including the main library, participated in the session held on December 8th, 2023, from 09:00 to 12:00 at the IT Centre’s computer lab. The University librarian shared insights and ideas during the session, which was conducted by Mr. Uthumansa Ahamed, Temporary Assistant Librarian at the Main Library.
