In-house Training Sessions for the Nonacademic Staff of the Library
The Library System of Rajarata University of Sri Lanka organized two in-house training sessions aiming at enhancing the digital skills of its staff members. The first session was held on 3rd March 2023 focusing on MS Office Package, with a special focus on MS Excel. The second session took place on 25th May 2023 focusing on MS Office Package, with a special emphasis on MS PowerPoint. The target audience for these training sessions included Library Information Assistants, Library Attendants, and Bookbinders, who were keen to improve their knowledge and proficiency in these widely used software tools. The sessions were designed to equip the participants with essential skills related to data management, analysis, and presentation, enabling them to effectively carry out their duties within the library system.
